"A very unpleasant experience"

A great setting but a thoroughly dissappointing experience.

Just for a change thought I would have a 'pub grub' experience, thinking I would get homecooked tradtaional pub fayre.

Waited far too long for the food to arrive and I would describe the dishes as they eventually arrived as 'pub grot'. The lasangne served up was the most horrific thing I have every tasted. Tasteless, inches high in cheese and half cooked pasta. I am not one to complain but I ate a couple of mouthfulls and had to leave. On complaining I found the staff rude and they made no offer to take the food from the bill or make an apology. I had to embarrasingly make my point and get a deduction from the bill.
