"Very poor after sales service"

I purchased a two tone gloss kitchen from them in 2012. Within 3 years it began delaminating. After a lot of effort I managed to pin down Julie who arranged several replacement cupboard doors. The remaining panels and doors continued to delaminate but I was unable to get hold of Julie or anyone else with authority despite repeated phone calls, an email and several letters all of which were ignored. This business does not want to take responsibility for any after sales problems. If you do go with them ensure you use a credit card when making your purchase. It took me two and a half years to get my costs back via my credit card company..
